State Availability
Updated September 15, 2026 · Operations confirmation required before launch
Telehealth availability depends on the patient’s location, provider licensure, pharmacy coverage, product, and current law. A service or medication offered in one state may not be available in another.
We are adding states
Coverage will expand as clinical and pharmacy partners become available and operational review is completed. A state appearing here does not mean every treatment is available to every patient.
How location is determined
You must be physically located in an available state at the time of care. The provider may request identity and location verification. Shipping addresses must also fall within applicable provider and pharmacy coverage.
Before intake
Contact [email protected] during Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET to ask whether your state and care lane are supported. Final eligibility is determined during intake.
